Your order is typically delivered within 7 working days after the product’s specified lead time. You can find the lead time for each item on our website and in your order confirmation.

Please note that we are unable to fast-track orders.

US Customs now process duties and clearance on all parcels entering the USA, regardless of value. While this doesn’t affect the price you pay at checkout, it may mean some orders take longer to clear customs before delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with tracking details. Deliveries are generally made between 9am and 6pm on business days, excluding public holidays, though some couriers may deliver slightly outside these hours.

If you haven’t yet received your tracking number, please contact our Customer Care team to request it.
