What should I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?Updated 2 months ago

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item or that a product is defective or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact our Customer Care team prior to installation and as soon as possible, providing full details and supporting imagery. Our team will then investigate your claim.

If the goods are found to be incorrect or defective due to an error on the part of House of Hackney, Customer Service will review a replacement where stock allows. If the item is no longer available, a return will be offered instead.

Please note that claims raised after installation may not be eligible for review, as House of Hackney cannot accept liability once installation has taken place.
