How can I check the status of an existing order?Updated 6 days ago

Typically, orders are delivered within 7 working days after the product's specified lead time, which you can find on our website and in your order confirmation. 

Deliveries are usually made between 9am and 6pm, excluding public holidays, though some couriers may deliver slightly outside this timeframe.  

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. 

If you haven’t yet received your tracking number, please contact our Customer Care team to request it.

Expediting of orders is not available.
