We ship all international orders with Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), meaning taxes and duties are included in the final price. This ensures there are typically no additional charges upon delivery; however, some exceptions may apply. 

For orders exceeding a certain value, US Customs may perform an ID check (such as an SSN or EIN). This is a standard procedure that may be done at random or based on the order value.

Customs Tip: If customs, or the courier acting on their behalf, request additional documentation from you to clear your shipment, please respond promptly to avoid delays, returns to sender, or disposal by customs. House of Hackney cannot be held liable in such cases.
