We’re only able to assist with modifications within 1 hour of placing your order, and cancellations within 24 hours.
After this time, orders are processed promptly for production and shipping, and our system no longer permits changes or cancellations.
Additionally, once your order has progressed in our system beyond the 1-hour window, we’re unable to amend the delivery address. In this case, once you receive your shipping confirmation and tracking details, you’ll be able to contact the courier directly to request any delivery changes.
If you haven’t yet received your tracking number, please contact our Customer Care team to request it.
If you notice an error or would like to make a change within the 1-hour window, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and the details of your request. Our team will do their best to update your order accordingly.
