Which items are not eligible for return?Updated a month ago
We are unable to accept returns on items that are bespoke (including our digital wallpaper, which is printed to order), personalized, or made to specific measurements.
Items that cannot be returned include:

All orders placed under a Trade account are subject to a no-returns policy.
If you return an item that is not eligible for return, we will be unable to issue a refund. You may choose to have the item sent back to you, but this will be at your own cost.
If a returned parcel cannot be delivered back to you and is deemed undeliverable, it will be abandoned at the destination. No refund will be issued for any part of the order.
