Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. They are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at www.houseofhackney.com or the House of Hackney Showroom in London using their unique code. They cannot be redeemed at any of our stockists or department store concessions.

They cannot be used at the sample sale.

Refunds for returnable items purchased with a House of Hackney Gift Voucher will be issued onto a new Gift Voucher.
